Hey there! My name is Kim. I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder in 2020, though my entire life I’ve struggled with depression. Getting my diagnosis was a huge relief. At the same time, though, I felt a bit lost. There were so many things I needed to adjust to as I learned more about how my bipolar disorder affected me, but I felt like I couldn’t find the help I needed.
